I keep my favorites. Give the rest away. I do however keep all of my children's books. Never know when a little one will come to visit.
The ones I really love, I hang onto. If I enjoyed the book, but am not interested in re-reading it, I donate it. I have started to donate to my cousin. He is started to build the Little Free Libraries and sell them. I told him I would donate some books to help someone start up their own little library.
I keep those I'm likely to re-read. The others go to one of my offspring, who is a voracious reader, or to the Op Shop.
I used to keep every single one but last summer I donated some to the library and a few weeks ago I donated some to Goodwill.
I keep a few favorites but they build up pretty quick so I usually take them to the used book store for credit or donate them to the Library. I read a lot, so there is always bags full of books in the closet!
Nope, I keep 'em. Unless some on makes me.
Keeping your life free of clutter helps
to keep your life fresh so new things can come in.
If you don't use it for a year give away to someone who will.
Note: This does not include your spouse.
