Here is a short version of a story: An elder explained that inside the wolf there is a battle going on. One identity is good and thoughtful, forgiving, gentle and skilled, helpful and kind. The other identity is mean, jealous, violent and revengeful, and seeks only personal gratification. The battle rages mostly in childhood and the teen years. Of the two identities, which one wins?
