Any tips for really bad writer's block? I haven't been able to write in about three years.

Get out of your house and work area. Immerse yourself in crowds. Do things. See things. Become involved. The world is full of ideas but they don't come if you sit in your attic, pen in hand, waiting for your muse to talk to you.

Of course, it's not enough just to see and do: you also need to think about what you're seeing and doing. Play what-if  with the situations you run into day-by-day.

One of the best ways I know to improve your creativity, to see things from a different and interesting perspective, is to do cryptic crosswords. If you don't know how to do them, LEARN. They'll teach you that not everything is quite what you think and your demon will find it easier to come out to play.

I heard a phrase the other day which might help here: Writer's block is writer's indecision.

Maybe you just have too many ideas and can't settle on one, or maybe you think you have no ideas because you can't decide which direction your story is going in.
