Does getting a masters degree make it harder for you to get a job?

In todays society where there are a lot of college (various degrees and levels) Grads unemployed, yes it could hurt as many employers are now very skeptical and can be extremely choosy on who they hire since there are so many. A Masters could help if you can find a Company looking for one but be advised there are very rare now and don't expect to make the money a Masters degree once drew unless you really know someone or have friends in high places.
