3(5X - 2) = 54
3*5X - 3*2 = 54
15X - 6 = 54
15X = 60
X = 60/15 = 4
∴ X = 4

-5 + X = -21
X = -21 + 5 = -16
∴ X = -16

7 - 4X > 3 - 3X
-4X + 3X > 3 - 7
-X > -4
The inequality sign (>) becomes (<) when multiplying -1 LHS and RHS.
∴ X < 4
