41 divided by 0.66 and you will get 2/3 of 41.  Basically 66% in decimal is 0.66 and is technically 2/3 of 100% because when you divide 1 by 3, you will get 0.3 (three 0.3 adds together equals 0.9, technically equals 1) with 3 on the back never-ending (i.e. 0.33333...), this also goes with the same pattern for 100 dividing by 33.

After re-reading, i noticed that you wanted the decimal of 41 and 2/3% not 41 divided into 2/3. *facepalm* my bad.

41 and 2/3% is simply 41.66666... (never ending 6s)

if you get 100% (1) divided by 3, you will get 0.333... (which is one-third of 1) multiply that by 2 and you will get 0.6666...which is two-third of the numeral 1.

As for the original information, it was flawed.
The formula is not division but multiplication, so sorry!!
