I am afraid that converting centimetres squared to centimetres cannot be done. This is because centimetres squared is the unit of measurement that is given to an area, whereas centimetres cubed in the unit of measurement the is given to a volume.

One centimetre squared is defined as the area equal to a square that is 1 centimetre on each side. It is most commonly used for measuring small areas, like those found on drawings. One centimetre squared is the equivalent of 0.0001 m2.

A square centimetre can only be converted to metres cubed. One metre equals 100 centimetres which means that One metre squared is the same as 100 x 100 centimetres squared which equals 10,000 centimetres squared.

A cubic centimetre is a commonly used unit of volume and corresponds to the volume of a cube measuring 1 cm x 1 cm x 1 cm. One cubic centimetre is the equivalent of one millilitre. In the science field, the cubic centimetre is slowly being taken over by the millimetre. The only fields in the United States that continue to use the cubic centimetre is the medical fields and the automotive field. In the United Kingdom however, the millimetre is the most preferred measurement to use over cubic centimetre in the medical field but not the automotive.

People in the medical field however, are moving to discontinue the use of the cubic centimetre because it is abbreviated on prescriptions as cc which to some patients could look like 00 which could cause extremely dangerous overdoses. In the United States, this abbreviation accounts for 12.6 per cent of all medical abbreviation errors.

Centimetres cubed can only be converted into metres cubed or vice versa. As demonstrated before, one metre equals 100 centimetres. So one metre cubed equals 100 x 100 x 100 centimetres cubed, then 1 metre cubed is the same as 1,000,000 centimetres cubed.

you gotta use parenthesis

is it (m^3/m^2)/min or m^3/(m^2/min)?

use these conversion factors:
(100cm/m)^3
(1m/100cm)^2
(1min/60sec)

Either (100^3cm^3/100^2cm^2)/60sec or 100^3cm^3/(100^2cm^2/60sec)

If you don't care about parenthesis: 100^3cm^3/100^2cm^2/60sec
