Grading system is affected by a bias from the teacher --if she has a grudge against a stident ,that students grades will be affected

Basically there r not much disadvantages of grading system,as there is less pressure on students if they r given grades.for topper students the point would be just to do their best and secure A1 in their subjects and by this students can even go for challenging subjects as sanskrit of which most of the students r scared.grading system will also reduce suicide cases as 80% suicides r due to less marks in 9 or 10.
So in my point of view this is good.

Yes.Cause it reduces d level of competition among very good student. This kind of system doesn't help d student to prepare himself / herself for any kind of competition to be faced in d future.

Well to me its really nice as students does not have to aim high of getting a 99 % rather  they will prepare for 91%. So it will ease of the stress from the students mind. With no answer for guessing its a real boon

I don't like the grading system as I am going thru' it. Its only means more pressure and headache as we've got to keep studying a the time. Somehow this system is really getting to me!

In my point of view its main disadvantag...is that..it creates or promots a kind of comlicency among the strong students...who have calliber or capacity..to earn higher rank...and it diminishes the creativity of students as they are feard of getting lower grades
