Fill the container with less dense liquid like alcohol, the volume of the liquid displaced will be the volume of the object.

By using water displacement method.
Formula: Volume= Final Volume
- Initial Volume
Example:
Through displacement method, if a piece of nail is placed in a graduated cylinder filled with
73 mL & increased to 80 mL.What is the volume of the nail?
Solution:
80 mL - 73 mL= 7 mL

A cube is not irregular, by definition.

The volume of a rectangular parallelepiped is its length*width*height. If it is sufficiently irregular that this formula does not apply, then using calculus is a reasonable alternative.

It seems possible that your "irregular cube" might be the frustum of a pyramid. In that case, the formula for that would apply.
