Draw a line crossing the center of the hexagon so that it divides it into 2 trapezoids top and bottom or side to side then take and draw a line diagonally from the top right point to the bottom left point creating an X through the middle. This will create 2 parallelograms. So you'll have the 2 trapezoids and the 2 parallelograms.
