In almost every case, you will have to obtain a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree to teach in Scotland. The "Teaching In Scotland" website--which is an official government source--lists this as a requirement for those who would like to become physical education teachers at the secondary school level. Most B.Ed programs take four years to complete.
