Should Students Be Allowed To Play Sports With Bad Grades?

I think that depends on how much the students like playing sports. If they don't enjoy it much, and if their dedication to sports is not the reason for their failing grades, then I don't see a problem. However, if they're getting bad grades because they spend too much time doing sports, then opportunities to participate in sporting events could be withheld in order to raise grades. You could also use sports as an incentive to increase study habits: "No basketball practice until you've studied for an hour."

Yes they should. Thats why they are STUDENT athletes the student comes before. If they can't perform in a classroom they should perform in a game

It seems to me that playing sports is very good, because you can then bet on sports through bookmakers, thereby you will have money without leaving home. I am now actively studying sports, but read more details on Takebet and there I find bookmakers who help me raise money. Therefore, I don't see anything wrong with the fact that students do a lot of sports with me.
