Where you have a number of fractions to be placed in order then it is necessary to convert the different denominators to a common denominator which is their lowest common multiple. A comparison of the resulting numerators can then be made to determine the order.
The different denominators are 15, 3 and 5. The LCM of these three numbers is 15.
1/15  and 7/15 do not require conversion.
32/3 = 5x32/5x3 = 160/15 : 1/3 = 5x1/5x3 = 5/15 4/5 = 3x4/3x5 = 12/15 The numerators are 1,7,160,5 and 12.
In descending order the converted fractions are :- 160/15, 12/15. 7/15, 5/15, 1/15 and replacing these with the original fractions gives the order as  :- 32/3, 4/5, 7/15, 1/3 and 1/15
