You can go to Harmon medical and rehabilitation center. They do go through a different institution for the class which is NV Healthcare... Call Harmon or go to their clinic to attain an application form then you can only give it to them once they have an opening for the class (the class lasts about 3 weeks). You have to call them every week to check if they are accepting applications. Good luck
