You are asked to solve for x.

Just divide both sides by 2 so that the left side of the equation remains as only "x".

2x/2 > (2+9)/2

x > 5.5

Now, if you were to multiply/divide by a negative number, the sign would flip to be < instead. But that's not the case here.

1.) About 1 or 2 months, I would say. Not including the time that I was away from the site due to my busy school schedule.
2.) This site is perfect as it is, I would say.
3.) Most of them do. Some questions asked on here can be a bit vulgar and unnecessary...but about 99% of the questions I answered are for legitimate reasons, so yes, I feel as if most of them take the purpose of it seriously.
4.) That could get a bit too hectic...on one hand, you'll have to deal with social media notifications and on the other, you'll be distracted with answering peoples' questions. So it would be a lot more troubling for people who get a lot of notifications on Facebook or Twitter while trying to keep up to date with the questions asked on Blurtit.com. I would prefer if it remained a single site.
