Can you have a decent life working in America with only your high school diploma?

That all depends on your definition of what a "decent life" is.  Certainly, only having a HS diploma might make you have to struggle more to survive, but people do it all the time.  If at all possible, it's better to get more education or training if you want to have a higher earning potential.
