If you work for a pre-school, I'm sure they have objectives they want all of their teachers to achieve.  You should ask whoever you are working for this question.

Your objective should be getting them ready for school. You do this by teaching the building blocks for learning. Things like numbers, letters, colors and shapes. You should also be teaching them social graces such as sharing, listening to others, and understanding that there is a time and place for play and for being quiet.

Your main objective should be to make the child ready for the school mean to say that prepare him/her for the school life and try to make that child active for the studies and playing games at school campus.
