The three odd integers are expressed as x, x+2 and x+4.

Then the equation for finding them is n+(n+2)+(n+4)=75.

Collecting terms gives 3n+6=75 or 3n=69 (subtracting 6 from both sides).

Therefore, n=23 and the 3 numbers are 23,25,27.

Another way of thinking of this, is that with 3 consecutive odd integers the middle will be the average of the other 2, so 75/3=25 is the middle one, and the 3 are again 23, 25 and 27.
