The Old Testament was written almost entirely in Hebrew. There are some passages of the book of Daniel which are written in Aramaic. This is because Daniel was in Babylon at the time, and that was the language of the Babylonian Empire. There are also a few words of Parsee, the language of Persia at the time in the book of Daniel.

Hebrew I think, but some scholars somewhere think that it may have been written in Mesopotamia. I have no idea what that is!

Abraham came from Mesopotamia, but Abraham was not the author of any part of the Old Testament. Parts of it were written in Babylon, such as the Books of Daniel and Ezekiel. The only reason that parts of Daniel were written in Aramaic, was that they were concerned with Daniels life at the Babylonian Court.
