No I feel it is good in that it gets the sexes used to being together. Girls on the whole learn quicker than boys which might make them feel inferior; but on the whole the guys are stronger and can excel in the more athletic subjects. Having both sexes in a class could be distracting if pupils play about and the teacher doesn't take steps to control the behaviour.
