Can You Show The Sum Of Two Irrationals Can Be Either Rational Or Irrational?

Sum of two irrationals can be a rational, but it is very difficult to prove that their sum is also an irrational, 2^root(2) is an irrational,but since 1993 we have not been able to determine whether 2^root(2) + 3^root(3) is rational or irrational....irony that there are infinitely many irrational....

The sum of two irrational numbers can be a rational number. The example is sqrt(2) and -sqrt(2), both are irrational numbers and the sum give the answer 0 which is rational number. For more information,visit the link below.
