The 12th standard CBSE examinations are the most crucial in a student's career, mainly due to the fact that it is a parameter for admission to many colleges, and is also often a very obvious question in job interviews.

Thus, it is extremely important that students take their CBSE 12th question papers seriously, and hence make the right preparations for them.

CBSE, or Central Board of Secondary Examinations, is a central government body that is responsible for regulating education in higher classes in India in more than 9000 affiliated schools in the country. It is responsible for stating the syllabi of the high school classes, and also decide the pattern and contents of the CBSE 10th and 12th question papers. Apart from this, CBSE also conducts entrance examinations for engineering, medical and dental.

Coming back to the class 12th question papers, once a student passes class 10th, he is presented with the choice of the subject he wants to choose. The options are science, commerce and arts. The number of examinations for all these streams are dependent on the mandatory and optional subjects a student chooses. The examinations are of 3 hours, with 10-15 minutes of grace time given these days so that students can read the question paper and formulate a strategy. Further, preparing for CBSE examinations can often be done in a number of ways depending on whichever is comfortable for a student. However, there are a couple of basic things that one should keep in mind while preparing to crack the CBSE 12th question paper.

The first point is to study all the RELEVANT material thoroughly. Often, there is just too much information available, and students need to select which topics are important and which are not to make the best use of their time.

Preparing a time table and sticking to it is another necessity for making sure you score well in class 12th examinations. However, one must also accommodate enough time for recreation as well, in the right balance.

A balanced diet and proper sleep go more than just relaxing the body. They also help you prevent undue stress and help perform better in studies as well as the final exams.
