I will tell you how to go about calculating the answer, but I will leave the math up to you.  The box has six sides.  Each side has a matching side on the opposite side of the box.

The box has a top and bottom with the same dimensions:  (140mm)(120mm),  then multiply by 2.
The box has two ends with the same dimensions:  (120mm)(9mm), then multiply by 2.
The box has a front and back with the same dimensions:  (140mm)(9mm), then multiply by 2.

The multiplication of mm by mm will produce a result with mm squared as the units.  When you multiply by 2, the result will still be in mm squared units.  Add the results of the three multiplications described above and you will have the answer to your question.
