Yes you can. Will probably have to do some extra courses first at the institution that you would like to do the msc at... I'm was looking for the exact same information, and over the past year or so I have found out that this is definately possible.... I know for myself, after completing the BTech (Engineering) it is possible to do a BSc (Hons) and then gain admission to the Msc.
They have a very broad range of MSc courses in Sweden and are leading the world in some technologies. After doing a engineering masters degree at one of the Swedish universities it will then ('n presume with a bit of effort) be possible for me to register at the EC as a professional engineer. I suppose you will be able to go the same route with physics too....
