With those points I would move 4 units left on the X axis ( toward 0 ) and two units up the Y axis. ( even if the points are not exactly on the axis )

Or, just subtract 4 from the X value and add 2 to the Y value.

The points are moved 4 to the left and 2 upwards, which means they transpose as -x from x and +2 added to y.
