How Do You Graph 4x+y=2?

I like to put these standard form equations in to intercept form for graphing.
Divide both sides by 2 and you get
  2x + y/2 = 1
The x term can be rewritten so the coefficient is in the denominator, too.
  X/(1/2) + y/2 = 1
This tells us that the x and y intercepts are (1/2, 0) and (0, 2) respectively.
Plot these points and draw the line through them to get your graph.
