How Do I Graph Y-2=3(x-1)?

The x and y intercept to x-3y=-18

First, simplify the equation.
Y-2=3(x-1)
Y-2=3x-3
transpose -2
Y=3x-3+2
Y=3x-1

now.. Assign values for the x, to get the value of y..
If x=0
y=3(0)-1
y=-1

if x=2
y=3(2)-1
y=6-1
y=5

now you have the two points..
(0,-1) and (2,5)
plot this points in your graphing paper.. And there you have the graph..

Y = -3/2x – 6

y = 4x + 12

y = 4x – 3
