It does nothing to a woman per say, unless in intercourse there is no condom or birth control and conditions are right then the woman may become pregnant. Or if there is a sexually transmitted disease from the man it can enter a woman during intercourse and be present in the fluid.

 It depends on how it is given to her. If she does oral sex too much and swallow, she might have to get her stomache pumped. If she doesn't drink water afterwards, her throat can get clogged. If it's vaginally without a condom, she could possible get pregnant. If she just plays with it with her hands, Her hands will be stuck together. It all depends on how she receives it.
