But for your science fair, consider documenting the cultural and scientific contributions of people who are outside the realm of mental normalcy; neurodivergency.
Temple Grandin, herself autistic, has made a list, for example. Both Albert Einstein and Sir Isaac Newton are now believed to be very likely on the autism spectrum, prolly Asperger's. Composers, philosophers, artists...John Forbes Nash, the Nobel Prize-winning mathematician, was paranoid schizophrenic.
And for your quantification, you could assess where the world might be without their contributions...
