Yes you can. In the State of Florida driving to and from School or work is permitted only if the driver has held a learners permit for at least 6 months. A Regulated License must be applied for at your local D.M.V., this special needs license is only given to drivers under the age of 16 if he/she can prove that it is necessary to drive alone to and from work or school.
