It depends on the individual. Everybody is different and everyone will give you a different answer. From experience, I can tell you that one of the best things about school life is that you are stress free. Generally school was quite simple - you have to go to your classes in the day and do your homework at night. However, for most people that means they would not have to work to earn money. Most people would simply be able to finish their schoolwork and then enjoy the time they have left.

That is one of the major benefits of school, as once you progress up into higher education and work, the amount of time that you have to relax becomes significantly smaller. People have to start working outside of university hours, and in their spare time have to prepare a large amount of work for university. Whilst once you are older, you will be able to manage it, the concept seems pretty daunting to many people.

If you really want to find out what people think, then there are some things you could do.

• Questionnaire

Particularly if this information is for some kind of study then a questionnaire would be perfectly appropriate. This will allow you to gain either qualitative information or quantitative information, depending on what it is that you want. You can ask a few questions about school life and then just take a few details from each person that you ask.

• Ask your friends

Whether your friends are in school or outside of school, you can just ask them the question. They will be able to tell you about their experiences and what they enjoyed the most, and it's down to you to do whatever it is you want to do with that information.
