To take the post UMTE exam for the University of Uyo, you must, first of all, register. The exam will take place between August 23 and August 27. The deadline for applying is 4.00pm August 22.

  • Registration
Eligible candidates have to have a minimum of 180 in UTME 2011, and need to have chosen the University of Uyo as their first choice. If this criterion, and others, has been met and you register in time you will be able to go for a screening.

  • Cost
The University of Uyo post UTME costs about N1,000 (two scratch cards). The scratch cards can be obtained at the following banks nationwide: University of Uyo Microfinance Bank; Skye Bank; Zenith Bank; United Bank for Africa; Afribank plc; First City Monument Bank; Oceanic Bank; Ecobank plc; and WEMA Bank.

  • Screening Form
Once you have the scratch cards, you will need to complete the University of Uyo's post UTME screening form. You can so this online at www.unuuyopume.org, and scan your form, plus a recent passport size photograph. This must have a red background.

  • What you need for the exam
You will need to take with you a copy of University of Uyo online registration form (completed). You will also need your UTME result printout to verify how many points you got.

You need to take two recent passport size photographs on a red background with your UTME registration number written on the back; you also need to have signed these photos.

Remember to take an HB pencil, an eraser and a sharpener. You are not allowed to take anything else into the screening hall.

The venue for the exam is the Town Campus and the Town Campus Annexe at the university.
