Graduates are equipped to begin work immediately in an entry-level capacity in a health care profession. Patient care technicians are CNAs with advanced training. Patient care technician training at PCI consists of classroom instruction, interactive laboratory and hands-on externships in medical facilities. A 600-hour training program, the patient care technician curriculum can be completed in 24 weeks.
