Yeh there is a free cna program at woodland spring nursing home in east waco, but after you finish the class and pay your money for the test its takes about 3-4 months to get signed up for the test even after you've paid for it... And don't try to call because they are known to give you the run around about how scheduling the test takes time and all that bull. I've taken my test and paid my money in march and its now july and noone has contact me regarding my test schedule or anything and that way after I've tried to contact the instructor, and he gave me the run around about how I have to understand that scheduling the test takes time when I know for a fact that people before me havent taken their test either... I know someone that took they're class and paid for the test way in jan. And took their test the next month,,and I also know pple that have taken the class a year ago and paid and have not been contacted to take their test at all.. I'm just saying be cautions and firm with these people especially when your money is involved, stay on top of them or they will run you over and forget about you
