X-5y=-12
y=mx+b

-5y = -12-x
Dividing both sides by -5
(-5y/-5) = (-12/-5) +(-x/-5)
y = 12/5 +x/5
y = (1/5)x +12/5

Put different values of x starting from 0 you will get the value of y and can easily make the graph. Like:
if x = 0 then
y = (1/5)(0) +12/5
y = 0+12/5
y = 12/5
y = 2.4

if x = 1 then

y = (1/5)(1) +12/5
y = 1/5+12/5
y = (1+12)/5
y = 13/5
y = 2.6

if x = 2 then
y = (1/5)(2) +12/5
y = 2/5+12/5
y = (2+12)/5
y = 14/5
y = 2.8

if x = 3 then
y = (1/5)(3) +12/5
y = 3/5+12/5
y = (3+12)/5
y = 15/5
y = 3
and so on

the x and y coordinates are
x | y
0 | 2.4
1 | 2.6
2 | 2.8
3 | 3
